Medical Q-Coded Services and Support Contract Program

The MQS2-NG Program is the primary strategic sourcing program for professional medical services and medical support services. The MQS2-NG Program, managed by the Defense Health Agency, addresses healthcare staffing service gaps as well as supports a network-based and government-wide buying approach. 

Contract Specifications

• Scope: Provides both personal and non-personal medical, dental, and medical support staff in five labor segments in support of mission requirements within hospitals, clinics, and dental facilities, and health activities including, but not limited to, satellite locations and patient-centered medical homes. 
• Period of performance:
  • May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2029, plus 5-year option (Unrestricted)
  • May 15, 2025 to May 14, 2030, plus 5-year option (Small Business)
• Contract ceiling: $43 Billion
• Geographic coverage: All 50 states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Cuba
• Revolutionary FAR Overhaul offers Blanket Purchase Agreements under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quanity contract for all contract types:
  • Fixed Price (all types)
  • Cost Reimbursement (all types)
  • Labor Hour, Time and Materials, Hybrids.
