Army Maj. Andrew Neubecker, deputy commander for administration, Keller Army Community Hospital, New York, receives the MHS Excellence in High Reliability Award for patient centeredness on behalf of his facility at the 2026 MHS Conference in Dallas, Texas, May 28.

Dr. Stephen Ferrara, former principal deputy assistant secretary of war for health affairs, Navy Vice Adm. Darin Via, director of the Defense Health Agency, and Army Lt. Gen. Mary Izaguirre, U.S. Army surgeon general, presented the award.
