Chief Master Sergeant Christine Collins is the Acting Senior Enlisted Leader, Support/Component Acquisition Executive, Defense Health Agency, where she leads a team of 159 military and civilian personnel across 4 divisions to advise over 10,000 medical logisticians. She advises the Deputy Assistant Director, MEDLOG on the strategic direction for the DHA MEDLOG functions to deliver and integrate medical logistics materiel and services along the continuum of operational and institutional MHS missions, and informs policy and implementation guidance that enhances readiness, improves health, and delivers better health care and value. Additionally, Chief Collins provides MEDLOG operations oversight to over 700 hospitals, medical, dental, and veterinary clinics worldwide in support of 9.5 million beneficiaries.

CMSgt Collins entered the Air Force in June 2003 and completed Biomedical Equipment Technician technical training at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Her assignments include locations in Illinois, Alaska, Texas, California, Germany, and has deployed in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. She has served as a Technical Training Instructor as well as the Instructor Supervisor and her background consists of numerous supervisory and leadership positions within Clinical Engineering and Medical Logistics.

Prior to serving in her current position, CMSgt Collins was the Senior Enlisted Leader, 60th Medical Support Squadron, Travis Air Force Base. 

Her personal awards include the Joint Service Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, the Air Force Commendation Medal with three oak leaf clusters, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, and the Air Force Achievement Medal, among other personal and unit awards.
